GTM Lab · Cohort 01

Six weeks to know what to scale, iterate or stop.

A hands-on GTM Lab for funded B2B founders who have early customers but no repeatable growth motion yet. Diagnose your biggest growth constraint, run three focused experiments, and leave with evidence, decisions, and a clear 90-day GTM plan.

Who it's for

Built for founders between early traction and repeatable growth.

You have shipped the product and won early customers. Now you need to understand what can become a repeatable GTM motion before you hire a team or scale spend.

The Lab is for you if:

  • You are building a funded B2B SaaS or AI company.
  • Your product is live and you have early customers.
  • Sales happen, but not predictably.
  • A founder is still directly involved in GTM.
  • You need evidence before hiring or scaling spend.
  • You can commit approximately five hours per week to execution.

The Lab is not for you if:

  • You are pre-product or building a consumer business.
  • You want to outsource execution completely.
  • The founder will not attend the sessions.
  • You are not ready to share real funnel data.
  • You cannot commit time to running the experiments.

Need us to run the experiments instead? The 90-day GTM Sprint may be a better fit — book a clarity call.

The Digitalista framework

One learning loop for every GTM experiment.

The Lab is built around a repeatable operating system. Every experiment starts with a constraint and ends with a documented decision that makes the next experiment smarter.

01 — Diagnose

Find the constraint

Find the single constraint currently limiting growth.

Output: Evidence-based GTM diagnosis

02 — Design

Three experiments

Turn the constraint into three experiments with a hypothesis, audience, metric, threshold, and effort estimate.

Output: Three ranked experiment cards

03 — Run

Launch in your stack

Launch the experiments using Digitalista prompts, templates, and tools inside your existing stack.

Output: Instrumented experiments in market

04 — Read

Signal, not noise

Separate real signal from noise and compare results with the thresholds set before launch.

Output: An honest interpretation of the data

05 — Decide

Scale, iterate or kill

Make a Scale, Iterate, or Kill decision for every experiment.

Output: One documented decision per experiment

06 — Systemize

Keep the learning

Preserve the learning, document what repeats, and turn the evidence into the next plan.

Output: A written 90-day GTM roadmap

Systemize → Diagnose Every result makes the next decision smarter.
The six-week process

Four decision sessions.
Two focused build weeks.

Live sessions happen when a strategic decision needs to be made. The weeks between them are reserved for execution, with async support from Digitalista.

Pre-work

Complete GTM Oracle and share your funnel, closed-won customers, current channels, and previous experiments.

Output: Initial GTM hypothesis
Week 1 — Diagnose Live

Review the funnel, segments, and previous GTM attempts. Identify the single constraint holding growth back.

Output: One constraint supported by evidence
Week 2 — Design Live

Turn the constraint into three ranked experiments. Define the hypothesis, audience, metric, threshold, and tracking before launch.

Output: Three experiment cards and a launch plan
Week 3 — Run Async

Build the required workflows and launch experiments one and two. Digitalista reviews the assets and tracking before anything ships or spends.

Output: Two live experiments
Week 4 — Read Live

Review the early signal, separate evidence from noise, and launch experiment three.

Output: First evidence-based decisions and experiment three live
Week 5 — Iterate Async

Improve the experiment showing the strongest signal. Tighten the segment, message, workflow, or offer.

Output: A second, better iteration
Week 6 — Decide Live

Review all three experiments and make a Scale, Iterate, or Kill decision for each. Build the next 90 days together.

Output: Three decisions and a written 90-day plan

Six weeks is enough to reach evidence and a decision. It may not be enough to prove and scale a repeatable channel — and we would rather make that clear upfront.

What you leave with

Not another strategy deck. A GTM system your team has already used.

01

One diagnosed constraint

Not a list of things to improve. One growth constraint supported by your actual funnel and customer data.

02

Three completed experiments

Each with a hypothesis, audience, channel, metric, threshold, and measurable result.

03

Three clear decisions

A Scale, Iterate, or Kill decision for every experiment. No experiments left in permanent “maybe.”

04

A working experiment system

Prompts, templates, tracking, and workflows running inside your own stack and owned by you.

05

Anonymized cohort benchmarks

See how your signals compare with comparable companies at a similar stage without exposing anyone's confidential information.

06

A written 90-day GTM plan

What to do next, in which order, what to stop, what to scale, and what capability to hire for.

You may not leave with a fully repeatable channel. You will leave knowing what the evidence says, what not to waste another quarter on, and exactly what to do next.

What's included

Everything required to run the cycle — and keep running it afterward.

  • Four 90-minute founder working sessions
  • An individual written GTM diagnosis
  • Three custom experiment designs
  • Experiment tracking and decision templates
  • Digitalista prompts, playbooks, and automation templates
  • Async support across all six weeks
  • Review before anything ships or spends
  • Anonymized cohort benchmarks
  • Session recordings
  • A written 90-day GTM roadmap
  • Permanent ownership of every asset you build
How we work together

We design and interpret the experiments. You run them.

Digitalista

  • Diagnoses the constraint
  • Designs the experiments with you
  • Provides prompts, templates, and tools
  • Reviews assets and tracking before launch
  • Helps interpret the results
  • Produces the final 90-day plan

The founder

  • Shares real business and funnel data
  • Attends all four working sessions
  • Runs the experiments
  • Builds inside the company's own stack
  • Commits approximately five hours per week
  • Makes the final strategic decisions

This is not a course and not done-for-you consulting. It is a working GTM Lab: we bring the system and judgment; you build the execution muscle and keep everything.

Built from real GTM work

The framework is already being used with early-stage founders.

What you get

  • 6 weeks
  • 4 × 90-minute working sessions
  • 3 custom experiments
  • Async support
  • All prompts, templates, and workflows
  • Anonymized cohort benchmarks

For accelerators

Turn accelerator GTM strategy into real market evidence.

Digitalista partners with accelerators to help selected founders move from GTM theory to structured execution. Each company diagnoses one constraint, runs three experiments, and finishes with evidence-based decisions and a 90-day GTM plan.

Sponsored seats

Reserve places for selected founders in an open Digitalista cohort.

Private cohort

Run a dedicated GTM Lab for a comparable group of companies in your accelerator.

Workshop + Lab

Start with a practical session for the full cohort, then select 3–5 companies for the six-week Lab.

Partners can receive an anonymized cohort-level summary of recurring GTM constraints, experiments completed, and founder progress. Company-specific information remains confidential. Founding accelerator partner rate available for pilot cohorts.

Questions

Before you apply.

One diagnosed constraint, three experiments actually run, and a documented Scale, Iterate or Kill decision on each. Plus a written 90-day plan. It may not be enough to prove and scale a repeatable channel, and we say so upfront.

In the Lab, we design and interpret the experiments and you run them. In the Sprint, we run the execution ourselves. The Lab builds your team's capability; the Sprint buys you delivery.

Four 90-minute working sessions in weeks 1, 2, 4 and 6, plus roughly five hours per week of execution. Weeks 3 and 5 have no live session — they are build weeks with async support.

With us, yes — the diagnosis needs real data. Company-specific information stays private. Benchmarks are shared anonymized, so you see where you sit relative to comparable companies without anyone being identified.

That is a real outcome and we plan for it. You still leave with evidence, three documented decisions, and a clear next plan — often including a channel you now know not to invest another quarter in.

Yes, as a second seat. The founder still attends all four sessions — the decisions here are founder decisions.
