The real problem

GTM has more tools than ever. But no system.

You are surrounded by channels, tools, AI agents, tactics and advice. The problem isn't finding another thing to try. It's connecting everything you're already doing into one loop.

What should we test How do we run it What happened What did we learn What do we do next
Scattered

Your GTM lives across a CRM, outreach tools, ad platforms, analytics, a few docs — and your head. No single place holds the whole picture.

Lost

Experiments happen. The learning doesn't stick. Six months later nobody can say what was tried, what the number was, or why it stopped.

Expensive

So the tenth experiment is no smarter than the first. Time and runway go out, and the company doesn't get better at knowing what drives growth.

Digitalista brings the system.

What we are

One GTM partner across the whole loop — from what to test to what to do next.

We work alongside your founding team to diagnose what's blocking growth, prioritise the right experiments, execute them with our team and our AI agents, and turn every result into the next decision.

01 · People

Judgment

Someone names the constraint, sets the threshold before the test runs, and decides what to stop. That part is never automated.

02 · AI agents

Leverage

Eight specialised agents do the work that repeats — research, outreach, analysis, creative, paid, conversion.

03 · Your stack

Continuity

We work inside the tools you already pay for. Nothing to migrate, nothing to rip out.

We don't replace your GTM stack. We make it work as one learning system.

How we work

One operating loop, whichever way you work with us.

The engagement changes. The method does not. Every cycle ends with a decision, and every decision is based on something we measured rather than something we assumed.

01

Diagnose

Map the funnel, the segments and the data, then name the single constraint holding growth back. Not five priorities. One.

Output · growth diagnostic
02

Design

Turn the constraint into experiments with a hypothesis, a metric and a threshold. If a test can't be read, we don't run it.

Output · experiment queue
03

Run

You run them in the Lab, with our prompts and tooling. We run them in the Sprint. Either way the work is instrumented from day one.

Output · readable results
04

Learn

What worked becomes a documented motion. What repeats becomes an agent. Every result sharpens the next diagnosis.

Output · compounding advantage
Repeat

The loop is the product. Every result — including the ones that fail — feeds the next diagnosis, both for you and for every founder who works with us after you.

The team

Eight agents.
One GTM brain.

This is how the work actually gets done. Each agent handles one part of GTM, our team supplies the judgment, and where your own tools are better we use those instead.

The real alternative

Most founders are choosing between us and a first GTM hire.

It is a fair comparison, so here it is honestly. A great GTM leader is worth more than we are — eventually. The question is whether you can afford to find out right now.

Option A

Hire a Founding GTM Lead

$155k–220kYear one, cash, before benefits and tools
  • Base salary$130k–180k
  • Recruiter fee$25k–40k · 18–25% of base
  • Equity0.5%–1.5%
  • Time to hire2–4 months
  • Time to full speedA further 3–6 months
  • What they bringOne person's previous playbook
  • If it's wrong6+ months and a rehire
Option B

Run a 90-day GTM Sprint

$15,000Full 90 days · $60k if you continue a year
  • Cost$5,000 per month
  • Recruiter feeNone
  • EquityNone, unless we both choose it later
  • Time to startNext week
  • Time to full speedDiagnosis in week one
  • What we bringPatterns from every founder we work with
  • If it's wrongYou stop at 90 days and keep the work

// A sprint costs roughly what one month of a GTM hire costs, and it usually makes the eventual hire better — you learn which channel works before you write the job description
// Salary and fee ranges are typical for US seed-stage hires and vary by market and seniority

After the sprint

What happens at day ninety.

Two honest outcomes. We tell you which one you're in before the term ends, not after.

Motion found

We keep going as a growth partner.

You have a channel with a repeatable second, third and fourth win. The job changes from finding the motion to scaling it — and from doing the work to automating it.

  • We stay on the number with you
  • The motion gets built into agents
  • New constraints get diagnosed as they appear
  • Where it fits, we discuss equity in place of part of the retainer
No motion yet

You keep everything, and you know which doors are closed.

Not every ninety days produces a repeatable channel. When it doesn't, the value is in what has been ruled out with evidence rather than opinion.

  • Every experiment documented with its result
  • Instrumentation that makes the next quarter readable
  • The agents and automations we built are yours
  • A clear recommendation on what to try next, with or without us

On equity — when a partnership is working and the opportunity is large, we will sometimes take a percentage of the company in exchange for reducing the retainer. This is something we discuss after ninety days of working together, never before. Terms are consistent and we will always put them in writing.

GTM Oracle · free

Not ready to talk? Start with the diagnosis.

Answer a structured set of questions about your company. The Oracle reads them alongside public information about you, applies the frameworks we use in every engagement, and names the one constraint holding growth back.

You get a health score across nine dimensions, three prioritized experiments — one of them a dark horse, non-obvious and unconventional enough that you or your competitor would never think about it — and the blind spots you did not raise yourself. It's free, it's yours to keep, and it ends by telling you honestly whether talking to us is worth your time.

The difference

Why founders choose Digitalista

There are two familiar options. Neither closes the gap between knowing what to do and having it done.

Most agencies

  • Give advice
  • Execute marketing
  • Bill by headcount
  • Move on to the next client

Most AI tools

  • Generate ideas
  • Create dashboards
  • Leave execution to the founder
  • Learn nothing from your results

Digitalista.

  • Diagnoses before it recommends
  • Runs the experiments, not just the deck
  • Builds agents for what repeats
  • Gets cheaper to deliver over time
  • Learns from every engagement
  • Will take equity when the upside is real

Founder judgement decides.
AI agents carry the load.

The long game

Every engagement makes the next one better.

Behind the Oracle, the Lab and the Sprint, we are assembling an AI-native operating system for startup growth. Every engagement is both the work and the training data.

  • Every diagnostic sharpens how we recognize a constraint from the outside.
  • Every experiment teaches us which bets pay off, at which stage, in which segment.
  • Every cohort produces comparable results across companies facing the same problem.
  • Every result adds to a benchmark set no competitor can assemble.
  • Every workflow we build joins a library, so the next one is faster and cheaper.

The more founders we work with, the better and the cheaper the work gets. That loop compounds — and it is not something a competitor can buy.

Questions

Before you get in touch

Who does the work. In the Lab we design the experiments with you and meet once a week, but your team executes — including the automation. We hand over the prompts, the tools and the playbooks; you build it. You keep the muscle memory and it costs a fraction as much.

In the Sprint we run the experiments and build the agents ourselves, which is faster and means the work happens whether or not your week goes to plan.

Both start from the same diagnosis. Founders with time and a team usually pick the Lab. Founders short on both pick the Sprint.

A diagnosed constraint and three experiments, designed with you across four 90-minute working sessions in weeks 1, 2, 4 and 6, with two async build weeks in between. Your team runs them and builds the automation — we give you the prompts, the tools and the playbooks, and we are in the room every week while you use them.

You finish knowing what works, what doesn't, and what to do next. Most channels need four or more weeks to produce readable signal, so six weeks gets you to evidence and a decision — not to a proven, scaled channel. We would rather say that upfront.

Three to five funded B2B founders at a similar stage, selected so your experiments are comparable to each other. That comparability is the point — it means you see benchmarks from companies actually like yours, not industry averages.

Nothing you share leaves the cohort, and nothing identifying you appears in anyone else's benchmarks.

No. Every path is a valid starting point, including going straight to a sprint or commissioning an agent on its own. The free diagnostic just means our first conversation starts further along.

It depends on how much of it we have built before. Agents close to something already in our library — LinkedIn outbound, email outreach, Meta campaigns, banner creation, analytics, conversion optimization — are considerably cheaper than something genuinely new. We will tell you which category you are in on the call, before quoting.

Only after ninety days of working together, only when the motion is working and the opportunity is large, and only on consistent written terms. Typically it means a percentage of the company in exchange for a reduced retainer.

It is never a condition of working with us and never discussed before a sprint has run.

Eventually, probably yes — a great GTM leader inside your company is worth more than any partner outside it. The question is timing and cost.

A first GTM hire at seed typically runs $130k–180k base plus a recruiter fee of 18–25% of that, plus half a point to a point and a half of equity. Two to four months to hire, another three to six to reach full speed. Roughly $155k–220k of cash in year one before you know whether the bet was right — and if it wasn't, that is six months and a rehire.

A 90-day sprint costs about what one month of that hire costs. And the two aren't really alternatives: the most common outcome of working with us is that you hire, but later, with a sharper job description and a channel that already works — so you are recruiting someone to scale a known motion instead of asking them to find one.

The other difference is breadth. One hire brings the playbook from their last company. We are running experiments across several founders at once, so we already know what tends to work at your stage and what tends to waste a quarter.

Agencies are paid to produce marketing. We are paid to remove the constraint on growth — which sometimes means producing less marketing, not more. An agency starts with a scope of deliverables. We start with a diagnosis, and the work follows from it.

The other difference is structural: an agency's costs grow with its client list. Ours fall, because every engagement makes the next one faster to deliver.

We work exclusively with B2B companies — funded, early-stage, product shipped, early customers, founder still close to sales. Pre-seed through early Series A.

We are not the right fit for consumer businesses, pre-product teams, or founders who want to outsource execution while keeping strategy at arm's length. Everything we do assumes named accounts, a sales cycle and a segment you can define.
